Instructions
To prepare low-fat home mayonnaise, follow these steps:
- In a saucepan over the heat, put the milk, add vinegar and starch and a little salt, and continue stirring until the mixture becomes hot and thick.
- Using the electric mixer, mix the eggs with mustard and oil well.
- Add the mixture resulting from the previous step to the milk on the fire and continue stirring for several minutes, then take it off the heat and leave it to cool.
