  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
  • 5cups of yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  • 2 cans of chickpeas, or 500 g of it.
  • 1 Small spoon of salt.
  • 1 Spoonful of cumin.
  • 1 Pinch of chopped parsley .
  • 1 Fried almonds or pine for garnish.

Instructions

To prepare this delicious dish you must:

  1. Boil chickpeas well, and make sure to keep chickpea water afterward.
  2. During this period, mix the tahini, yogurt, lemon juice and crushed garlic, and add the salt.
