- 1 Spoonful of cumin.
- 1 Pinch of chopped parsley .
- 1 Fried almonds or pine for garnish.
Instructions
To prepare this delicious dish you must:
- Boil chickpeas well, and make sure to keep chickpea water afterward.
- During this period, mix the tahini, yogurt, lemon juice and crushed garlic, and add the salt.
- Place the croutons and chunks on the bottom of the serving plate, and after the chickpeas has softened, put their water on this bread until they are soaked.
