Ingredients

There are many ways to make chickpeas, the most important of which is chickpeas with tahini.

  • 1 box of love chickpeas (250 grams of cooked chickpeas).
  • 60 ml of fresh lemon juice.
  • 60 ml of tahini.
  • 1 clove of ground garlic .
  • 30 ml of olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 Pinch of salt.
  • 3045 ml of water.
  • 1 Pinch of paprika and sumac to serve .

Instructions

  1. Cook chickpeas by boiling them with water.
  2. During this time, mix the tahini and lemon juice on the blender well.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, cumin and half a teaspoon of salt to the previous mixture and mix for about 1 minute.
  4. After the chickpeas are sprouted, filter them, add half of the amount to the mixture and mix until firm, then add the other text and mix well.
  5. If the mixture is thick and contains some crushed chickpeas, add two to three tablespoons of water.
  6. If the chickpea dish needs some salt, add it now, and decorate it with paprika and sumac before serving it.
