Ingredients
There are many ways to make chickpeas, the most important of which is chickpeas with tahini.
- 1 box of love chickpeas (250 grams of cooked chickpeas).
- 60 ml of fresh lemon juice.
- 60 ml of tahini.
- 1 clove of ground garlic .
- 30 ml of olive oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
- 1 Pinch of salt.
- 30– 45 ml of water.
- 1 Pinch of paprika and sumac to serve .
Instructions
- Cook chickpeas by boiling them with water.
- During this time, mix the tahini and lemon juice on the blender well.
- Add olive oil, garlic, cumin and half a teaspoon of salt to the previous mixture and mix for about 1 minute.
- After the chickpeas are sprouted, filter them, add half of the amount to the mixture and mix until firm, then add the other text and mix well.
- If the mixture is thick and contains some crushed chickpeas, add two to three tablespoons of water.
- If the chickpea dish needs some salt, add it now, and decorate it with paprika and sumac before serving it.
