Ingredients
- 190 g cauliflower
- 80 g oatmeal
- 1Â egg
- 1 garlic clove
- paprika
- cumin
- Provence herbs
The sauce
- 110 ml whole cream
- 45 g pecorino or parmesan
- salt
Instructions

Mix the oats and pour them in a deep plate with the paprika, cumin and Provence herbs according to your tastes.

In another plate, pour the beaten egg with the pressed garlic clove, mix.

Cut the cauliflower into bouquets and dip each of them in the egg and then in the oats and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the cauliflower at 210 ° C for 30 min and the last 5 minutes, add a little olive oil on top to brown them.

Meanwhile, melt the cheese in the cream and pour this preparation into a small dish. Dip the bouquets of cauliflower in and enjoy.
