Cauliflower bread recipe: what if at the start we made a small dish that is easy an quick? This recipe as usual is original and super tasty. It allows you to see cauliflower differently which can also be very tasty. To make this breaded cauliflower recipe, I was inspired by the recipes of Nuggets and pickles.
This breaded cauliflower recipe is really delicious and tasted with a sauce made of cream and melted pecorino . If you do not know this cheese it is an Italian cheese which is very similar to Parmesan. The purpose of this recipe is therefore to immerse your small bouquets of breaded cauliflower in the cheese sauce and taste them as they are. So, it’s either an appetizer if you want to make it only for yourself. And it can also serve as a healthy aperitif.Print

- 190 g cauliflower
- 80 g oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- Provence herbs
- 110 ml whole cream
- 45 g pecorino or parmesan
Mix the oats and pour them in a deep plate with the paprika, cumin and Provence herbs according to your tastes.
In another plate, pour the beaten egg with the pressed garlic clove, mix.
Cut the cauliflower into bouquets and dip each of them in the egg and then in the oats and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the cauliflower at 210 ° C for 30 min and the last 5 minutes, add a little olive oil on top to brown them.
Meanwhile, melt the cheese in the cream and pour this preparation into a small dish. Dip the bouquets of cauliflower in and enjoy.
